Men of Paris / JESABEL
Autobiographical tune based on 3 men I met during my first stay in Paris Spring of 2025. Chance encounters refreshing in the sense that I was never hit on. Just sweet shared moments in time with no objective but to be present. That charm and ease I found quite romantic. A breath of fresh air from the men back in the States.
A serendipitous vinyl purchase on this trip led me to a Recording Studio, Motorbass, where I would record the "Men of Paris" vocals a year later on my second trip. Legendary studio here in Paris. The same physical space where Jane Birkin & Serge Gainsbourg recorded, so certainly laced with Parisian mysticism and romance. You feel this the moment you walk in. It was an absolute honor to make music in this space, especially on a song inspired by the magic of this city.
I am back in Paris now for my third stay releasing the track. A beautiful 3-part series. Weaved with true storytelling, Parisian charm and the hope that romance and chivalry aren't dead yet. At least not in Paris.
A stacked team brought this one to life.

Bio
Jacksonville, FL • Paris, France
Singer-songwriter Jesabel found her voice later than most. After overcoming a lifelong fear of singing in her mid twenties, she transformed that leap of faith into an international recording career rooted in curiosity and storytelling.
Splitting her time between Paris and Florida, she reflects both worlds in her music. She blends contemporary pop with soulful textures, creating music that’s honest, melodic, and cinematic.
Her lyrics are grounded in experiences, connection, and the messy moments that shape us. Rather than chasing trends, she follows the stories that won’t let go until they’re written.
For Jesabel, the music has always been about one thing: telling the truth, one song at a time.
